WHO WE ARE

To develop this technology a C Corporation in the State of Delaware has been formed (Clayste Energy Systems), which has exclusive licensing from our LLC (Clayton Holdings, LLC) to develop and commercialize innovative technologies and to produce commercial products into the marketplace for several applications. These products will be either direct manufacture through the C Corporation or through licensing agreements with other entities who are in the energy industry. Our C Corporation can scale the technology alone or with partnerships, joint ventures, or direct licensing as the opportunities arise once commercialized. Projected markets include the Department of Defense, the Energy Department, large utilities, and private individuals and companies who are interested in the generation of electricity on or off the grid throughout the world.
